Donald Trump has already lost two defamation suits brought against him by magazine writer E. Jean Carroll, and he may be in for a third one after his Memorial Day attack on the woman who he was found to have sexually assaulted.

Pfft. Trump didn't even participate in the first trial. It's a civil case. He doesn't get any presumption in his favor and his failure to testify - or to even to have the decency to appear - can be construed against him. He's stuck on appeal. And he is dumb as a rock.
