What is at stake in our ability to see the threat plainly? Nothing less than the preservation of our way of life.

Never heard of this idiot.

She uses an awful lot of words to express her deep bias that misses the point entirely.

Next, the fundamental structures of society"like the rule of law and social relations"are targeted. For example, demoralization in the rule of law would entail undermining our trust in legal institutions and eroding the basis for legal authority. This could be accomplished by presenting the justice system as corrupt or illegitimate and by sowing distrust in the mechanisms of law enforcement. Think of the movements to "defund the police" because of "systemic racism." Or the conviction last week of the front-runner presidential candidate on 34 counts of obvious political charges.

This is where I stopped reading this idiocy.

A minority movement of Defund the Police is a grave threat...but letting a criminal former POTUS slide isn't.

Yeah, sure.

Don't let the door hit you on the ass on your way out, lady.

You got farther than me, JPW. I got to here: "...look at the antics of today's anti-Israel, anti-American protesters..."

Then there is this nugget "When, on October 8, protests erupted across the Western world in support of Hamas..."

There were no protests on 10/8. The protests came later in response to Israel's actions.

Then there is the 1st thing listed under "Demoralization" in the handy dandy chart: Religion (through, get this-politization, commercialization and entertainment). Now which party has done this?

It is impossible to take this long-winded diatribe seriously

en.wikipedia.org

And apparently the author is a liar

Hirsi Ali had already admitted to friends and VVD party colleagues that she had lied about her full name, date of birth, and the manner in which she had come to the Netherlands in her asylum application, but persisted in saying it was true that she was trying to flee a forced marriage.

Though admittedly I am less critical of someone lying to flee a horrible situation.

Always be ready to question those who seek to defend the Empire by using the words "preserving our way of life"
