Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Sunday, June 16, 2024

Jerry Seinfeld's performance in Australia on Sunday was briefly derailed by an anti-Israel heckler who was mercilessly mocked by the comedian. "We have a genius ladies and gentlemen, he solved the Middle East," Seinfeld joked as the crowd in Sydney jeered the heckler.

Silly Pro-Hamas Heckler!

Everyone knows that the only way to fix problems in the Middle East is by disrupting Americans' morning commutes, camp out on college lawns for a few months reeking of BO, and stop people from making their vacation flights.

Heckling a professional comedian is seldom a good idea.

I watched Lewis Black flay some poor sap alive in Billings one show... it was epic.

I remember a few weeks ago when super comedian Jerry Seinfeld whined that the left has ruined comedy.

And he's right.

I remember way back, when everything was so much funnier than it is now. There was this guy on tv, he was kinda goofy, he would do something goofy and then he would say "did I do that?" and then the fake laughter would kick in.

You can't say "did I do that?" on tv anymore because the left has lefted those words out of existence.

There was also this other show with a guy on it. Someone would give him a little bit of a hard time or whatever and then he would say "cut" at the same moment as he used his index and his middle finger like scissors, then he would say "it" and he would point with his index finger, then he would say "out" as he did like an umpire does with his thumb. He would do this once per episode to thunderous fake laughter and applause.

You can't do that anymore, either, as the left has also lefted those words and hand motions out of what's acceptable on tv.

Has he moved on from dating high school girls yet?

At around age 35 he wrote a book and described, in great detail, how much he wants to ---- 15 year old girls while he was openly ------- a 17 year old girl who was in high school:

"They're gonna start punching you in about three seconds."

So fun.

I wonder what the cast of Seinfeld think about Jerry??

"When I hear people starting to complain about political correctness " and I understand why people might push back on it " but to me that's a red flag, because it sometimes means something else."

Louis-Dreyfus went on to clarify that she still reserves the right to "boo anyone who says anything that offends me, while also respecting their right to free speech."

She concluded by naming "consolidation of money and power" as the biggest problem in the entertainment industry, which she considers the real "threat to art."

I wonder to whom she is referring?

Alexander said that he spoke to Seinfeld"who, as a co-creator, did receive back-end profits"about the gap this created between him and his castmates during those negotiations. "'You have created a rift between you and the three of us, and while we are in no way, shape or form looking for parity with you, you have created a chasm that is also inappropriate,'" he said he told his co-star.

According to Vulture, the show has generated a whopping $3.1 billion since entering syndication and Seinfeld and David have earned as much as $400 million from a syndication cycle. As for the show's other stars? "We make very little, standard Screen Actors Guild residuals for the reruns," Alexander noted in The Globe and Mail, estimating that the other three main cast members had "probably individually seen about a quarter of a million dollars out of residuals" at the time.

You know how "those people" are, when it comes to money.

Not like the generous Palestinians who gave free lead and loving to Israeli civilian men, women, and children on October 7th, even without being asked. A people to be admired the world over.

Trumpers of a feather, flock together.

One day you'll realize, much like the Germans who supported the Nazis, that you're on the wrong side of history.

But, like them, I don't expect you to realize it until it's too late.

"As of June 2024, the United Nations (UN) warned that over one million people in Gaza, or half of the population, could face starvation and death by mid-July if the ongoing war with Israel does not end."

I misunderstood your factual intent, my apologies.

Okay, sure this might be an ambiguous or racist cultural argument.

Do you honestly believe that Hamas is more abusive than IDF to hostages/prisoners?

Their interviews indicate very differing accounts from views the mainstream narrative regarding each party.

Backwards, in fact, some might observe.

I think the real question is whether Seinfeld is more abusive to his hostages/prisoners than Hamas.

I believe that the answer is a resounding "Yes, Seinfeld is worse than Hamas."

"That time Jerry Seinfeld painfully rejected Kesha's hug request, on camera" www.usatoday.com

I bet Hamas would have given Kesha a hug.
