I don't know if Vance has said it yet but he is expressing ideas that will eventually end in one place. i.e; outlawing oral contraceptives which literally changed the lives of millions of women, allowing them to have careers even after marriage and even after having a family planned usually two or three childre instead of 8 very which was common before birth control pills.My own mother was pregnant 14 times though only seven were born and survived. That precluded any thought of a career for her though she never complained about it but she was a very intelligent person awo could have been quite successful had she had the opportunity. Being a good Catholic wife her life was dominated by pregnancies and babies whilr my father was free to pursue his career as a Naval officer which took him for nine months of sea duty most years. He got to see the world; she got to cook, clean, and raise all those kids. Then he decided to retire and asked her for a divorce so he could marry a girlfriend none of us ever even suspected existed. And that's what he did after all those years. That's the MAGA world when America was great!
