Court: Pennsylvania Officials Can't Toss Misdated Mail-in Ballots
Pennsylvania election officials can no longer reject otherwise eligible mail-in ballots because they were improperly dated or lacked a date entirely, a state court ruled late last week.

This was a huge deal, PN being an inordinately important state in the vote.
But more reform is needed nationwide, like making the Electoral College more representative of the popular vote, which can be done without a an Amendment if one can get enough votes in Congress.
