The musician Shifty Shellshock, who died in June at age 49, lost his life from the "effects of fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine," according to online records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. He was the frontman of Crazy Town and best known for the songs "Butterfly" and "Starry Eyed Surprise," though in later years got attention for reality TV shows about battling addiction. |
