President Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu moved closer to an understanding on the scope of Israel's planned retaliation against Iran during their call on Wednesday, three U.S. and Israeli officials tell Axios.

Yeah, but, "moved closer" is diplomatic-speak.

It indicates they still do not agree, plan and simple.

But, instead of lobbing hand-grenades at each other, they now seem to be just yelling at each other.

So, yeah, closer.

But, imo, a distinction without difference.

That's a lot of money, one million dollars a kid. What's wrong with just buying them AR-15s or Bushmasters at $500 a pop? If it's good enough for Sandyhook ...
