"The latest version of the short-term funding measure would fund the government through March, suspend the debt ceiling until January of 2027, extend the farm bill for a year and provide $100 billion for disaster aid, sources told Axios."
.
"Another senior House Democrat predicted the party will ultimately get behind the bill, telling Axios:
"Honestly, if they put what they are proposing right now on the floor three weeks ago, it would've gotten a lot of votes."
This is basically a total Lewzer move.... one wonders if it's Leon Approved?

One point that came up regarding the removal of restrictions on outbound investment to China was that billionaire Trump lieutenant Elon Musk stands to benefit, according to two sources in the room."

What? The World's Richest Brat might not become richer by financing the Chinese unless we cut Gramma's monthly avg $1900, low income avg more like $1000... from a system they paid into?
Thanks, Trumpers!

I doubt it.
Musk doesn't care about the American people.
He owns the country and doesn't need our approval.
He needs a tax cut. His greed demands it.

"Why is unelected musk part of this ---- at all?"
He rhetorically asked, knowing full well Elon Musk had purchased Donald Trump in exchange for helping him win the election.
After all, he recalled, he who controls the narrative controls the nation.
And thanks to the purchase of Twitter, Elon Musk did just that.

Oh, well. Back to the drawing board.
The original compromise is still available, and Schumer, the only one that can bring a bill to the floor of the Senate, said he'd do that. Musk and Vice President Trump never were going to get the House Bill voted on in the Senate. This is what you get when you elect and include people that never watched School House Rock's "How a Bill becomes a Law."

A lot of crow eating will have to happen first. Elon might make Lewzer apologize for screwing it up in the first place.

Sooooo the party of fiscal responsibility wants an unlimited debt ceiling until 2029. How novel.
So President Elmo kills the bipartisan bill. Now soldiers will not be paid. Government workers will be furloughed or forced to work without pay. Contractors that do the maintenance on the government buildings will not be paid at all. All to satisfy the ego of an unelected South African child carrying out Putin's plan to destroy America.
Congratulations GOP...you own this.
First Lady Trump goes on troth soshill and blames it on Biden who has absolutely nothing to do with it.
The GQP blames democrats for not voting for President Elmo's bill even though THE GQP HAS ALL THE VOTES THEY NEED TO PASS IT.
The media craved this shitshow. The GQP craves the attention this gives them.
Fuck them all.
Merry Christmas.

Firstly F Biden for doing this. I'll never vote for him again. Secondly, your inability to acknowledge scale differences has to be intentional, because you wouldn't have the brains to turn on your phone to post that if it were something you couldn't control.
