Justice Department officials who served under President-elect Trump's first administration may have influenced the 2020 presidential election through intentional media leaks targeted at Democratic state governors over COVID-19 related probes, according to a report released by the DOJ Office of the Inspector General (OIG).

Time magazine produced a multi thousand word article about a cabal of Democrats, media and tech oligarchs (not a complete list) that all colluded to swing the election to Biden. And they were giddy in their reporting.

This may help explain why DOJ was slow to pick up the case against the Trump and his co-conspirators re: Jan 6: i.e. insiders throwing sand in the gears.
