workers the vast majority of which are
from India

and they were stunned to find
that the base of people they worked so
hard to enrage through an endless flood
of extremely xenophobic anti-immigration
propaganda was not super down with
having more immigration

weird how that
works

apparently they thought that the
basis frothing fear and hatred was
limited to immigrants from the southern
border

they didn't realize that to your
average Trump voter Indians are just the
Mexicans of the East

the base was like
no more immigrants means no more
immigrants and Elon was like no these
are the good kind they have skills and
degrees they're white

no no they're not
white then no we were very clear on this
right the arguments that V and Elon
tried to make were hilarious

they were
like look obviously we would love to
hire Americans for these jobs but the
thing is you guys are you know you're
stupid and lazy like fundamental like at
your core

like our hands are tied here
you get it and weirdly that didn't go
over super well either and they started
getting blasted by the faithful and they
didn't know how to take it
