If they did it in Mass, they did it in other places. Other states need to take a look.

How much of that will go back to the consumers who were cheated?

I don't see that spelled out in the article so I am guessing zero zip none nada.

Donner, I suspect half will go the to litigators and the other half to some agency or NGO that will monitor and support corrective action. I believe you are correct that no individuals will see any relief.

considering United Health has a net income of over $23 billion (2023) then that represents 2.6 days of net profit.
