While i do not condone the interruption of a President giving a speech to the Joint Session of Congress, I do want to note the two different reactions to such an interruption.

Under Pres Biden, he just moved forward, while challenging the interruption.

Under Pres Trump, on the other hand, dissent does not seem to be allowed. And the dissenter was escorted out of the Chamer.

Why is Pres Trump continually showing his weakness?

Hi Lamplighter: This is a sign of weakness by Trumpf indeed. All dissent must be crushed. Sadly, VPOTUS Kamala Harris made a similar mistake last year by ejecting Dr. Ahmed Ghanim, a Palestinian-American physician, from a rally in Michigan. Dr. Ghanim had also run for Congress as a Democrat. Kamala Harris later apologized for the incident. In 2024, she would win 20% of the Arab-American vote, Trumpf 21%, and Jill Stein 59%.
