A vehicle parked in the courtyard of a residential building detonated as Moskalik passed by. The explosion reportedly threw the general several meters away. The Ukrainian secret services are top notch. This is one of many successful operations on Russian soil where the HUR removed Russian HVTs or collaborators from Campus Martius. In 2024, the HUR did the USIC a tremendous favor with the following operation: youtu.be

#3: Yes, this is the same modus operandi for the Dec 2024 Moscow operation. After the Cold War ended, Russia secretly continued its offensive biological and chemical weapons program. By eliminating Gen. Kirillov, the HUR did DIA and CIA a huge favor: nationalinterest.org
