A flood watch was issued for 24 million Americans on Thursday across much of the eastern half of Texas, as well as northwest Louisiana, southwest Arkansas, and southeast Oklahoma. At least four people have already been killed in flooding that swept vehicles off the road and led to multiple high-water rescues in San Antonio, TX.

President Dotard Trumpf recently announced that he will be phasing out FEMA after the 2025 hurricane season. Analysis indicates eliminating will negatively impact the people in flood-probe and hurricane-vulnerable Red States more than residents of Blue States. Source: Newsweek.com

With all of the storms and flooding coming our way thanks to global climate change, the bodies and financial damage to homes and businesses will pile up in 2026 thanks to Dotard Trumpf. But will it affect the GOP in the 2026 midterm elections?

They might, just not because of a direct acknowledgement of that.

A few direct hits on the Gulf coast by strong hurricanes with absent or lack luster responses will hopefully sway things.

Sadly, it's going to take a lot of pain, suffering and potentially death to shake MAGA from its spell of misery.
