It was NEVER about saving money.
It was always about killing agencies that help the poor, ending investigations into his companies and breaking government processes in order to privatize the agencies for profit.
If anyone believed their line of -------- you're too stupid to reproduce.

@#3 ... Did Republicans really think they can just keep ---- Around with Americans lives and never have to Find Out how they feel about it? ...
That remains to be determined.
At this point in time, imo, the answer is an unknown.

From what I see...
The opinion of Democrat voters about the current Democrats in office is not a good one. (understatement)
Poll after poll show that less than half (much less than half, even less than a quarter) of Democrat voters like their representatives.
On the other hand, polls looking forward to the 2026 election cycle seem to show that Democrats have a preference.
2026 Generic Congressional Vote www.realclearpolling.com
... RCP Average 5/30 - 7/22 Democrats: 45.5 Republicans: 42.6 Democrats: +2.9 ...
Democrats: +2.9 ...
So, the question ten seems to become, will the Democrats put forth new candidates who will do something, or will the Democrats put forth the same old, same old?
Stated differently and bluntly, do the Democrats have a clue?
