Trump's ability to transcend the laws of mathematics (promising to lower drug costs by 1,500%) bookend his capacity for time travel. The US did not build Bagram. Bagram came into existence in the 1950s, thanks to the USSR. During their Afghan humiliation, the Russians used Bagram extensively. The US occupied Bagram while it worked through its own Afghan flop. During his first term, Trump signed onto the Doha Agreement of 2020. (Behind the back of the Afghanistan government.) The US promised to leave Bagram, pronto. 30
