Some of the thuggish guys I knew in high school - not murderous types but definitely bullying and bent - became cops.
The new ICE recruits are the ones who couldn't make the cut into copdom.

Yeah, when Federal law-enforcement agents start acting so much like criminals that criminal start mimicking their actions, and are so successful in the effort that the FBI has to issue a warning ...

What is the root of the problem that the FBI seems to be concerned about?
