... But as her own press release states, this money came from the Fiscal Year 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act -- a bill she opposed. Virtually every House Republican voted against this bill, which provided $1.7 trillion to fund the federal government. ...

Another Republican hypocrite? Why am I not surprised?

Here in S. Florida our CBS affiliate station has a great reporter named Jim Defede and he sticks to state issues. He had Rep. Salazar on his show which is on Sunday mornings. He grilled her about her blatant hypocrisy of taking credit for things like the article discusses after opposing the bills that finance the things she publicly brags about. But she is a Republican and in Miami Republicans claimed the mantle of protecting us from Communist dictators...but now Trump is Putin's bitch so when do the stupid Cuban dupes figure out that Putin owns the GQP?

Exactly.

Since MAGA believes that everything is fake news, they have no idea how their Reps vote on actual issues. If Trump tells them that the sky is red, from their basement bunkers, they'll believe it instead of going outside and verifying it.

This is the state of the GOP base. This is how stupid they are.

They elect morons who play political theater in DC and who lie to their face when in district.

And the idiots cheer both instances.

"feel sorry for Florida, on several levels."

I was sort of thinking of moving to Ohio, where my daughter lives. Then I started paying closer attention to the weather up there. I'll just say this, I am no longer thinking of moving up there. Florida does have problems but the weather is great!
