According to immigration attorneys, ICE was informed by the family and legal advocates that the children were U.S. citizens and ICE knowingly deported them anyway.

FTA: "They had no due process whatsoever," the attorney said. "It just goes to show that this administration feels that it can deport US citizens whenever it wishes and however it wishes."

Wow. You progressives are getting desparate trying to drum up outrage.

The Children were not deported, the anchor baby creating mother's were. The children need to go with their mother's. Their mother's still arent citizens.

I have no problem with this. And neither does most of America.

People are tired of your Democrat --------.

The man and woman are not married, Hash* said, but have been together several years and have three children together. The children are 8, 5 and 4 years old and the two youngest are U.S. citizens, Hash said. The man was deported on Tuesday. The woman and her three children were deported Wednesday morning, Hash said.
Hash asked that the man and woman not be identified to avoid putting them at risk.

-What hiding?? Are not records, like arrest, public? Do we really want anonymous detention/arrests?

The News could not immediately confirm if the two children were U.S. citizens.

Last month, attorneys with the American Civil Liberties Union said three U.S. citizen children were deported to Honduras. One of the U.S. citizen children who was deported was a 4-year-old with cancer.
After attorneys with the ACLU accused the administration of removing U.S. citizens, DHS published a news release April 29 saying the mothers chose to be deported with their children.

-makes it sound like the children were deported and the mothers(sp) chose to go too, which is a horses and carts transposition.

Hash said the pair deported Wednesday had family members in the country who could take care of their children

The man was deported on Tuesday, and the woman and her three children were deported Wednesday morning, Hash said, to Reynosa, the border city across from McAllen, Texas.

After the man was detained, the woman drove down to San Antonio on Friday, May 2, and was given an ankle monitor, Hash said. She was then told to go on Tuesday morning to an ICE facility in Pflugerville " a city about 20 miles north of Austin. She went with her three children, and all were detained.

-something is missing from this story. Give us the names so we can see what they did to be singled out for deportation, and why aren't they even disclosing the immigration status of the adults? Smell test status: failed

"DHS published a news release April 29 saying the mothers chose to be deported with their children"

This was after they refused to allow the citizen father to take them into custody.

Her choice was to leave her children with ICE or take them with her.

Apparently you're okay with deporting a citizen's children.

How so?
The father wanted to keep the American Citizen children in the United States.
The mother wanted to keep the American Citizen children in the United States.
ICE wouldn't allow that.
So the mother took the kids.

How about keep the mother with her citizen children in the States because it's the humanitarian thing to do? J/k, I know we're dealing with soulless MAGA ghouls

Republicans can't name any country that made life better for its citizens by mass deportations.
Because there isn't one.
But they don't care.
They tell themselves, "This time it will be different!"

"How so?"

Because as the truth comes out it completely annihilates trumps lies.

And Boaz can't handle the truth. So it's "dumb" to him.

Wrong. That would have been the person you saw in the mirror this morning.

So the mother took the kids.

#10 | POSTED BY SNOOFY

Exactly. It is clearly NOT what the mother wanted to do.

But because there was no due process or time to make other arrangements the mother was left with no choice.

Which is the way maga maroons like their women.

With no choice.
