MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred removed Pete Rose, "Shoeless" Joe Jackson & other deceased players from MLB's ineligible list. Manfred ruled that MLB's punishment of banned individuals ends upon their deaths. They are now presumably eligible for election into the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Rose has no business being a member of the hall of game. He was the Jeffrey Epstein of baseball. Engaged in sex trafficking of underage girls. He was also one of the main people involved in spreading the use of steroids in baseball. His son took up the family business and end up convicted for performance enhancing drug trafficking.

Everyone in Cincinnati knows Pet's story--grew up poor, in one of the city's worst neighborhoods. Got himself noticed by playing hard at Western Hills HS, and went from there. Completely unvarnished in his words and actions. Hated to lose a game. Reportedly a great horse racing handicapper and picker of the ponies. At his HOF induction, Mike Schmidt said Pete made him a better ballplayer--very strong words. For my money, Pete Rose will always be the greatest player I ever saw...

This has happened because Legalized Bookies are running the show.

Cant have the sponsor of Pro Sports accepting that Gambling is corruptive.

Big Gambling needs to hide their corruption of sports so they pressured MBL to undo gambling's awkward history to keep the secret.

Pete Rose was a Bum, by any measure.

One of the MLB managers was ranting about a player receiving death threats for his poor performance on the field. The Manager was all in a stew because he refused to believe that Big Gambling is really just Big Organized Crime. He never made the connection that violence is the normal tool employed by Organized Crime.

Wake up, Butter Cup. Baseball is a criminally financed sponsor of the MLB, NBA, and NFL.

Pete was a great player and the reason for his ban was absurd.

Still a jerk, tho...
