Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Sunday, June 01, 2025

From the FDA: "Bedner Growers, Inc. of Boynton Beach, FL is voluntarily recalling cucumbers sold at Bedner's Farm Fresh Market between 29 Apr and 14 May 2025 because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis."

  • The cucumbers are being recalled because they have been linked by the FDA to a Salmonella outbreak that has resulted in 26 illnesses in AL, CA, CO, FL, IL, KS, KY, MI, NC, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, and VA.

I don't know. Recalling diseases infected cucumbers seems pretty woke to me.

I mean, we are all going to die.

#1: The silver lining in this dark cloud is that some parts of the USG under the Trumpf junta are still functioning, like the FDA.

But wouldn't it be something if Dotard Trumpf's guests at Mar-a-Lago got sick from these Florida-based cucumbers? nypost.com

Update: The Florida-originated cucumber salmonella outbreak includes passengers on six cruise ships. Total stricken nationally: 449 in 31 states and DC. 125 have been hospitalized, but no deaths. The Trumpf junta reduced or eliminated food surveillance on cruise ships this year.

Trumpf is America's Godzilla, destroying our health, economy, and national security. Who needs ISIS or al-Qaida when we have the Dotard?
