... President Donald Trump faced criticism online Saturday after his military-themed birthday parade drew a smaller-than-expected crowd near the Washington Monument. The event, held to mark Trump's birthday and the 250th anniversary of the US military, was also met with heavy protests and bad weather.

The crowd appeared thin on the National Mall, with steady rain dampening the turnout. The parade, which reportedly cost an estimated $45 million, featured dozens of troops, tanks, and historical reenactors. However, several planned flyovers were canceled due to worsening weather conditions, while others were barely visible through thick cloud cover. The event also began 30 minutes early due to the forecast.

Netizen alleges Trump's birthday parade is TINY'

One of the Twitter user wrote, "That's not far from a busy weekend afternoon on the Mall size crowd. If you're able to throw around a football without annoying people, it's not a big crowd." ...

Pres Trump will likely blame the tiny turnout on the weather forecasts, and then use that as a justification to remove even more money frmn NOAA funding.

It should be forever known as the Tiny Mushroom Parade... after all, that's what this was about.

Sadly, I cannot disagree.

But, after seeing the smiles and happiness of the soldiers in the parade as they were cheered by those watching the parade, yeah, there was a good aspect to the parade

Now, let's see Pres Trump provide a similar parade for the other such Military observances ...

Will Pres Trump step up to the task?

He might be busy. I see his plane flying over Saskatchewan right now on his way to ruin the G-7 summit.

@#5 ... the G-7 summit ...

Yeah, Pres Trump's participation in that summit may be quite interesting.

Will he participate, or disrupt?

There's a golf course there. Maybe he'll just go play with his foot wedge and stay out of the way.

Trump's humiliation?

We'll be lucky if Trump doesn't pull us into a shooting war to avenge his embarrassment.
