US Appeals Court Tell Trump to Keep Troops Out of Chicago

A federal appeals court on Thursday rejected the Trump administration's request to pause a lower court ruling that temporarily blocks the deployment of National Guard troops in Illinois during its appeal.

NEWS: An AFP fact-check reveals that a video posted by Donald Trump and the White House depicting "chaos" in Chicago as justification for deploying the national guard features old footage of incidents in other states including Florida, Texas, South Carolina and Nebraska.

"In her October 9 order, Perry had found that immigration-related protests did not amount to a "rebellion" requiring National Guard intervention and entered the temporary restraining order."

This was the full panel voting 3-0... one Judge appointed by Reagan, one each by Bush and Clinton.

Immigration enforcement issue aside, how do the local authorities plan to address the Chicago body count? They obviously don't got this.

Federal troops in American cities to intimidate protesters as the Gestapo ICE kidnap people off the street. Even the National Guardsmen participating are ashamed and hate what they are being told to do. You have to drink prodigious amounts of rightwing radio kool-ade to in any way support MAGA on this.
