"Since his eight-hour bus ride to Alligator Alcatraz, Paul Bojerski's health has gone downhill, his family said. Prior to his incarceration he was able to walk on his own without assistance, but he is now using a wheelchair. The grandfather has had three back surgeries for which he's under continued medical care and was scheduled for a spinal procedure on Thursday, which he missed because of the detention. Bojerski has also been unable to get his regular medications. Friday morning, he called to say he has bruises from the guards: "He fell out of his wheelchair and they left him on the cell floor for hours." Bojerski told his family the detainees rarely get hot meals, a complaint shared by others held at Alligator Alcatraz.
Paul Bojerski's parents escaped German Nazis only to have their son abused seven decades later by American Nazis.

Violent criminals?
How is this detention in any shape, manner or form, a justification of that phrase?

On the bright side, now that they're coming after old white guys, maybe MAGA will care.

Only the worst of the worst. So, why is it so hard to find the "millions of criminals Biden let in"?

We were told Trump's ICE was only going after criminals ... the worst of the worst criminals.
That isn't what they're doing, as one bad arrest/abuse of non-criminals keeps happening just to buff ICE's numbers.
BTW, Trump deported only 1/3rd the number Obama did in his first four years. And they haven't made a big dent in almost a year despite all the hoopla and PR videos Kristi Noem spending big taxpayer dollars to make (not counting the $200,000,000 for 2 Gulfstreams she bought for her personal use as DHS secretary).
Once again, Trump's all --------- when it comes to illegal immigration.
400,000 deportations so far in his 2nd term is pitiful for all his blustering BS talk talk talk ....

Grandpa would be a lot more sympathetic, if he didn't have a rape conviction under his belt.

"Although he was admitted as a lawful permanent resident under the Displaced Persons Act of 1948, Bojerski never became a citizen. Following a conviction for larceny and receiving stolen goods in his early 20s, Bojerski was ordered to be deported, reports the Sentinel"
"After his release, Bojerski ran into legal trouble again and was convicted of rape in 1972"

#12 Meanwhile, lying by omission:
After his release, Bojerski ran into legal trouble again and was convicted of rape in 1972. Bojerski's wife of 37 years, Gayle Bojerski, told the Sentinel that the conviction stemmed from a fraternity party incident involving multiple students. Although Bojerski was convicted and served three years in prison, he maintains that he was not involved in the incident. After his release, Bojerski would go on to complete school and become an optician, according to the Sentinel, which ultimately led him to move to Florida, where he met his wife and worked until his retirement.

He was convicted, dumbass. Of course he would maintain his innocence in a country that he's not a citizen of.

#18 With zero context surrounding the conviction.
Reminds me of the scene from one of Grisham's books where the defense's witness was impeached because he had been convicted of rape. But, it happened when the witness was 18, and the victim was 17. And after serving time, he and the victim married... and remained married for (at the time of the book) for 30 some years.
Context, you lying-by-omission liar.
