FTA: "The reason why the editors at The Economist are so accurate is because the ultra-wealthy elite have an enormous amount of influence over the course of human events. If [the ultra-wealthy elite] are absolutely determined to make something happen, there is a good chance that it is going to happen. Ominously, it appears that they are anticipating a great deal of global chaos in 2026."

What might Pres Trump be doing to avoid or minimize the future described in the summary?
Bland words on news shows are now going to change the outcome. (shout out to Sec Bessent: why do you seem to wallow in just continually making a fool of yourself?)
What actions are being done?

The Economist is hands-down the best news publication available to mortals who want to learn. If they publish it, it's worth paying attention to. I have had a subscription since I was in college, decades ago.

The plan is to develop AI enough to wipe out entire populations from employment.
The development of massive AI centers in dictatorships such as SA this is being fast-tracked to begin by 2027, imo.
