The communications are emerging at the center of an explosive court battle involving Nuzzi's ex-fiancÃ© and fellow reporter, Ryan Lizza.

I think Nuzzi is compromised as a journalist and RFK Jr. is a fruitcake beyond redemption, but naughty writings between consenting adults don't bother me.
