The leaked DOJ memo encourages AUSAs to cite any of approximately 30 violations of the US Code to prosecute people who film or interfere with ICE operations.

The worst Attorney General to ever head the US Justice Dept, insider trader Pam Bondi, is implementing "National Security Presidential Memorandum-7: Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence" (25 Sep 2025) to terrorize Americans.

Next year ICE will be using hi-tech Israeli hacking devices to warrantlessly track people in the US, as well as pay bounty hunters to track down migrants. DHS has been purchasing military-grade weapons and is looking to lease warehouses in order to detain migrants wholesale like so much Amazon products.

"National Security Presidential Memorandum-7: Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence" and USAG Pam Bondi's memo provide the policy mechanisms to create a brutal federal-level police state in the US.

Too bad that previous presidential administrations, Republican or Democratic, did not abolish DHS or ICE over the past 24 years, because now these two agencies have become a runaway train, demolishing lives, dreams, careers, businesses, families, and civil liberties throughout the US.
