The Trump administration is poised to freeze approximately $10 billion in funding for several programs supporting child care, social services grants and cash assistance in several Democratic-led states.

The Trump administration is freezing more than $10 billion in federal child care and â€‹family assistance funds to California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and New â€ŒYork, the Department of Health and Human Services said.

"But now his administration appears to be broadening the scope of the freeze and using the same justification " though HHS did not provide NOTUS with evidence of fraud in the other states.

Democratic officials from the targeted states criticized the move, which they said would leave many of their constituents in uncertainty.

"These resources support families in need and help them access food and much more. If true, it would be awful to see the federal government targeting the most needy families and children this way," Shelby Wieman, a spokesperson for Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, told NOTUS."

As it turned out, the bad grammar seemed to be intentional and used to hide the alias' alternative identities.

Back in the day that I referred to in #5, VPNs were scarce, if existent at all, for most Internet users.

So it was easy to see the same IP address posting under multiple aliases.

Ahhh... simpler times.

I do not envy RCade here.

But I do appreciate his work to provide this most august site.

Well folks, as you can see, you don't have to plonk people when their posting style gives them away. You just scroll past it without reading, saving yourself the agony of their keyboard diarrhea (thanks Nixon for providing the term I was looking for here). STD reminds me of former poster here who used to use a row of astericks at the top of their posts. That one was kuku also.

As usual, Trump may have forgotten that there are Republican districts in blue states too. They tend to be poor and rural, and require federal assistance. The blue states need to remind their residents just who pulled the funding. The house is held by a razor thin majority of Republican congressmen.

Those blue states are looking real dumb now after they attacked Arkansas and Iowa for rolling back child labor protections. Should have let those starving, poor kids get jobs in meat packing plants and working around farm equipment so they could help feed themselves.
