"I want to be clear, I stand by my decisions as special counsel, including the decision to bring charges against President Trump. Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in criminal activity," [Former Special Counsel Jack] Smith said in his opening statement. He said that Trump "engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results and prevent the lawful transfer of power."

The proof is in the ------------ cop killers.

The Trumper proof is that J6ers were, 'Antifa Tourists', and that the literally dozens of hand-picked, ultra-loyal Trump lawyers and aides in the DOJ and the rest of the Admin who testified to his crimes under Oath... were obviously DEM CRISIS ACTORS!

(i might have mentioned this before, lol)

That's what one has to believe to believe Trump.

"How scared are Republicans of talking about the Epstein files? They are so scared that they literally are calling Jack Smith ... Republicans would rather talk about the criminality of Donald Trump than about his associations with Epstein and his pedophelia ring."

Dummkopf Trumpf on Truth Social:

"Deranged Jack Smith is being DECIMATED before Congress. It was over when they discussed his past failures and unfair prosecutions. He destroyed many lives under the guise of legitimacy.

"Jack Smith is a deranged animal, who shouldn't be allowed to practice Law. If he were a Republican, his license would be taken away from him, and far worse!

"Hopefully the Attorney General is looking at what he's done, including some of the crooked and corrupt witnesses that he was attempting to use in his case against me.

"The whole thing was a Democrat SCAM " A big price should be paid by them for what they have put our Country through!"

DJT put this country through his criminal enterprise, and is still doing so.

The Hearing is only funny in the sense of Dems reading GOPher quotes after J6 compared to what they are saying now.

They have, 'no shame'.

"The House Oversight Committee voted to advance two resolutions to the House floor recommending that Bill and Hillary Clinton be found in contempt of Congress.

Both votes were bipartisan. The Bill Clinton resolution passed 34-8 and the Hillary Clinton resolution passed 28-15."

Too bad USAG Merrick "the Meek" Garland sat on the damaging Jeffrey Epstein/Ghislaine Maxwell FBI files from 21 Jan 2021 to 19 Jan 2025.

Imagine what SC Jack Smith, or other prosecutors and civil litigants, could have done with that treasure trove of Credible Derogatory Information (CDI) on Dummkopf Trumpf.

Former Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone wanted to slug MAGA idiot good-for-nothing Ivan Raiklin at the hearing today: x.com

"Many of the Democrats name-dropped these officers and honored their service. One Republican, Nehls, addressed them directly and said US Capitol Police leadership " not Trump " were at fault for the violence that day.

"F"k yourself," Fanone shouted from his seat in the audience, hardly disguising his comments with a cough."

Republican Trump Toadies are an embarrassment to the country... their abject fealty to Lard Trump was in evidence today; their jobs depend on it.

Well, that's what they think. A lot of them are going to be shocked when Trump no longer has coattails for them to hang onto in their Districts.

Re 9&10

It had to be hard to sit there and listen to republicans lie about the deaths of some of their coworkers.

I certainly couldn't do it.

Trump apparently doesn't know the meaning of the word "DECIMATED.

I watched the whole hearing this morning and Jack Smith was more than ready to hold his own against the Trumpers on the dais. If they were following Trump's orders to force Smith into a perjury trap, he outsmarted them. (No surprise there.)

Smith was cool, calm, polite and every inch a professional. While the Trump GOPers on the dais were getting hot under the collar.

If Trump and Bondi were scouring the testimony today, searching for something they could use to indict Smith for lying to congress, they misjudged Jack Smith. (No surprise there, either.) They all sounded like a bunch of bumbling fools who were trying too hard to nick Jack Smith with something . . . anything . . . regardless of the stretch. IT DIDN'T WORK!

Jack Smith makes it clear what he would do with the same case if he had it today, no matter who was in the WH:

Have no fear GOPers. You get another chance to practice your deceit next month when Judge Cannon's ban on discussing Jack Smith's second indictment about the classified documents case is lifted.

The GOPers will get another shot at Jack Smith in a public hearing once the ban is lifted. That is, if they dare. They're slow learners.

A major difference between what Mr Smith says about j6 and what MAGA says about J6, is that Mr Smith has evidence, mounds of evidence to back up what he says. MAGA just seems to have conspiracy theories based upon the unsubstantiated comments of Pres Trump.

Well said. Odd that it took so long to sink in.

But January 6 isn't going to be the final straw that breaks Trump's back. There's much more to come and it will probably be something central to interfering with the midterms which he can't afford to lose . . . the risk of which is growing more urgent every day.

I'm sure Stephen Miller has a dastardly plan already in the hopper.
