Perfectly understandable, if one understands that Trump is Putin's "boy", with one assignment, to weaken America. He has divided us one from another, and he has done a magnificent job, from Putin's perspective of ruining our friendships and alliances world wide.

Trump was complaining about EMALS. Steam is a reliable launch system. EMALS had a lot of teething issues. His brain locked onto obsolete teething issues and went rambling/riffing about something he heard on the news years ago. Snoofy does this when he hears Patriot system.
