A brilliantly appropriate choice.
"The Nobel Peace Prize has never been given to a city in the past"
In World War II, the British gave the Victoria Cross to the entirety of Malta, for resisting the fascists.
In World War II, Malta also faced the threat of enemy paratroopers.
The comparison with Minnesota is eerie.

I hope they win. It's been a real lesson in class for Minnesota.
Not that Trump understands.

A leson in patriotism in the face of an armed force very ready to kill them.

I hope they get it, if only to make the dump not happy.

I'm glad they have 10,000+ lakes in Minnesota. Der Dotard is about to try to set the place aflame...

Did they beat the nomination deadline?

Although tragic, the situation in Minnesota isn't a world changer.
I suspect this nomination is a symbolic gesture to rub Trump's nose in his own highly publicized epic failure ~~ otherwise known as kick in the nads.
A brilliant move, in my opinion, that will serve its purpose for a long time.

Finally MN, is literally creating a place that they know who's coming and going in and out of their neighborhoods.
Good for them
