GETTYSBURG, Pa. (WHP) " Former Gettysburg Mayor Chad-Alan Carr has been released on bail after turning himself in to the police on child sex-related charges, according to court documents. Records show Carr was bailed out of jail on a $100,000 surety bond. The investigation into Carr's alleged conduct began on Feb. 24 when a childline report was filed. The victim spoke with investigators the next day, according to an affidavit.
