Yemen Under Constant Attack

The Honorable US District Judge Dale Ho of the Southern District of New York:

"TPS holders from Yemen are not killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies. They are ordinary, law-abiding people who have been granted status to be here because the Government has repeatedly determined, in accordance with the TPS statute, that Yemen is subject to an ongoing armed conflict, and that, due to that conflict, requiring them to return would pose a serious threat to their safety. That determination is subject to periodic review and can be changed. But Congress has, by statute, established a process for such review, which the Secretary failed to adhere to here. For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs Motions to Postpone the effective date of the termination of Yemen s TPS designation are GRANTED."

It's not our job to take in people from across the globe who happen to live in bad countries.

I guarantee these people are welfare leeches and they're confirmed entitlement junkies. They actually think they're entitled to just come live here.

Hopefully this is another lower court ruling the administration just ignores like many more they already have.

Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.

"Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"[12]

Actually, it is our job ...

And thank you, Ms. Laura, for your beautiful reiteration in your #5.

I have always said, you're good people.
