An international arrest warrant for war crimes issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the Hague remain active for Russia President Vladimir Putin. An INTERPOL Red Notice has been internationally diffused for this notorious fugitive from justice. An indictment is merely an allegation. To ensure a fair trial, Mr Putin must be presumed innocent until he is proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt at an international tribunal to be held for him in the Hague at a future date.
