Shelby and Davidson counties, home to Memphis and Nashville, are now each split into three. The power of local voters is now greatly diminished as is the ability of those cities to receive political support and federal funding. That's less gas for the states two biggest economic engines. Real smart, Hilljacks. But at least you showed those libs and colored folks ...
