Emily Moreno Sues MAGAt Who Abused 2 Year Old

Rep. Max Miller's (R-Ohio) ex-wife, Emily Moreno, on Wednesday sued the Ohio Republican, alleging he published a nude photo of their young daughter online. A copy of the federal lawsuit obtained by The Hill alleges that Miller "recklessly published and disclosed to the world a nude image" of the child. Miller and Moreno divorced last year and have been embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their daughter. Moreno has alleged Miller threw scalding water at her, held a gun to her head and may have broken their daughter's collarbone

The report was based on more than 2,000 pages of court filings and police records, including a 48-page investigatory file relating to possible child abuse after their toddler experienced a broken collarbone. This file included numerous troubling allegations from Emily Moreno"Miller's ex-wife and the daughter of US Sen. Bernie Moreno"who accused Miller of throwing scalding water at her, shoving her against a wall during a heated custody exchange, and holding a gun to her head while she was trying to change their daughter's diaper.

Of course the noxious orange child rapist defended Miller.

Max Miller posted naked pictures of his daughter, broke her collarbone and threw boiling hot water on his wife.

How is there a custody battle?

I get that republicans see nothing wrong with his actions. Trump is a huge fan of naked children and domestic abuse.

But I don't understand what the courts are doing.

He's clearly unfit to be a father.

Back in 2024, Max Miller (NSDAP-Israel) introduced legislation to extend U.S. service member legal and employment protections to US citizens and dual nationals serving in the IDF.
