Wow. So much to unpack here...

ICE agent Christian Castro

How big of a stupid pile of s*&^ does that idiot need to be?

he was not obligated because Castro was not fleeing justice by leaving Minnesota since he was called back to Texas by ICE.

This only goes to show how broken and disunited these states are under Trump. This is a farce.

U.S. District Court Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr.

Gee a Hispanic appointed under Trump I...

How stupid does this piece of s*&^ need to be to think he won't be cuffed and booted when convenient? Or does he plan on selling his (non-existent) soul in all of his rulings to try and avoid that fate?

After all these years, Fartfisher continues to molest an encrusted, 40-year-old Cabbage Patch Doll while dreaming that it will someday become real.

It's an early 80's nostalgia thing. He misses those R-rated, 12 year-old Brooke Shields scenes he fantasized about while looking out the window of the votech bus. Misses them terribly.

You're missing the nuance. It doesn't mean the ice idiot can't be extradited. It means Texas law only allows 90 days detention pending extradition--times up he's out Thursday.

Now hot wheels gets to continue his farce of investigating extradition eligibility which the judge so far finds "not in bad faith." Meaning he's not hung himself, yet.

So, hang in there, the fat lady ain't sang yet.
