I think so. Lots of available ground clearance. Not sure how tough they are, or what the turning radius is like. Not enough range to be much more than a toy.

Only ~500 lb more than my F-250, although that could make a difference in some situations. Around here, off road is mostly rocks and steep hills and the occasional small river crossing.

It would be interesting try try one of these things out in actual off road conditions, but I rather doubt anyone ever does. In theory it should work pretty good.
