Technically "proportionality" is an actual term within the Law of Armed Conflict. There may be a little bit of wiggle room, but what constitutes a proportional response has already been codified.

Bad grammar aside, what does hate have to do with it? I spent most of my adult life putting a crosshair on something. It wasn't done out of hate, or any other emotion for that matter.

Hezbollah has no reason to hate Israel. I don't think Israel would care less what Hezbollah did, so long as they didn't do anything to Israel.

The biggest problem is that Palestinians have been conditioned to believe that the region and everything in it should belong to them. Despite the fact that very little existed in the region prior to the arrival of the Zionists.

I guess I missed the masses of Israel supporters demanding the extirpation of the Palestinian population. More importantly, I missed them acting on it. They have the capability to do so, it seems like they lack the will.

If that's their goal, they could do it any time. They could have done it any time.

Maybe I missed it, but have any of the Arab states condemned Hamas for their blatant and unyielding violation of the Geneva Conventions and international humanitarian law?

Wanna know why Palestinians are dying? Because it's good for the Islamic Resistance and their allies. It's by design. That's why they built their bunkers and tunnel underneath densely populated urban areas. Gaza is full of fields and more rural areas where Hamas could have built bunkers without endangering non-combatants. They chose not.

If an adversary were to conduct strikes on high-level leaders in the US or other western country, the civilian casualties would be next to nothing. Why? Because western military leaders would not be hiding behind the civilian population. That's part and parcel to Hamas's strategy. And you can see that even here they have some support.

There is only one real rule when discussing Palestinian Terrorism and Warmongering.

1. Forget (or at least pretend to forget) that the objective of the Palestinian Resistance is to implement the Final Solution to the Jewish Question in the Levant.

When I ended my enlistment in the Navy in 1998, my first job paid $12k per year. That's ~$23k in 2024$. I thought I was rich compared to what the Navy had been paying me.

The difference is what constitutes a "want" and what constitutes a "need." Maybe they think they are being cheated because some of their peers are making hundreds of thousands doing Tik Tok videos or showing their feet on OnlyFans.
