Pulitzer Prize board members just turned the tables on Donald Trump with discovery demands over the President's defamation lawsuit over Russia probe reporting awards. Trump launched the lawsuit against the board in 2022. Trump has repeatedly claimed to be in excellent health, even though he's been pictured daily with bandages on his pasty hand for ages now. And there's the MRI that the 79-year-old president feigns ignorance over. Now, court documents filed for the Pulitzer Prize Board demand that Trump hand over all tax documents and all documents concerning his medical or psychological health. The Trump case claimed the Pulitzer board was "perpetuating the absurdly false and defamatory narrative contrived by the President's political opponents: that he and his campaign somehow colluded with Vladimir Putin and the Russian government to gain advantage in the 2016 U.S. presidential election."

"It is time for a Muslim travel ban, radical deportations of all mainstream Muslim legal and illegal immigrants, and citizenship revocations wherever possible," Rep. Randy Fine (R-Florida) posted on social media Monday. "Mainstream Muslims have declared war on us. The least we can do is kick them the hell out of America." Fine's comments echoed those of Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Alabama) in an X post on Sunday. "Islam is not a religion. It's a cult," Tuberville wrote on X. "Islamists aren't here to assimilate. They're here to conquer. ... We've got to SEND THEM HOME NOW or we'll become the United Caliphate of America."

On the one-month anniversary of President Donald Trump's inauguration earlier this year, a group of his appointed aides gathered to celebrate. For four weeks, they had been working overtime to dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development, freezing thousands of programs, including ones that provided food, water and medicine around the world. They'd culled USAID's staff and abandoned its former headquarters in the stately Ronald Reagan Building, shunting the remnants of the agency to what was once an overflow space in a glass-walled commercial office above Nordstrom Rack and a bank. There, the crew of newly minted political figures told the office manager to create a moat of 90 empty desks around them so no one could hear them talk. They ignored questions and advice from career staff with decades of experience in the field. Read more
