How Biden admin tried to cover up border crisis

Former Border Patrol Chief Aaron Heitke at a Congressional hearing on Thursday revealed he was told to be silent about certain immigration practices including data on terror encounters and flights to fly illegal immigrants

More Border propaganda from comrade Jeffry.

I take it with a grain of salt. Biden has been asking for significant changes to the LAW and large funding increase. Unlike Trump he wasn't violating laws. But TRUMP and the MAGAdiots stepped in and have been blocking it for over a year despite a bipartisan effort which gave the GQP almost everything they asked for.

Border propaganda? Are you saying the former border patrol chief lied in front of congress yesterday? If he did and it can be proven, he could be charged with a felony.

That maybe true, but it also had things they didn't like such as ...

1"Codify Catch/Release
2"Let in 1.8M newcomers
3"Fund Sanctuary Cities
4"Fund NGOs Moving Illegals
5"Taxpayer-Funded Lawyers to Illegals
6"Work Permits to Illegals
7"Nothing To Deport Illegals
8"No Immediate Wall Funds
9"Weaker Asylum Screening

Also, out of the $118B only $20B or so was for the border. The rest was for foreign conflicts.

So what did Biden ask for specifically?

Don't forget about the 870,000 jobs they lied about.

"Fed chair recently said illegal immigration is driving up unemployment."

Cherry picking statements out of context proves nothing except that you have a narrative to stick to.

He also said in the same statement that:

"The labor market is actually in solid condition. And our intention with our policy move today is to keep it there."

...

Don't forget about the 870,000 jobs they lied about.

No one lied. A routine revision of the job numbers is not a "lie".

What YOU just did was repeat a Trumpified lie.

'Fed chair recently said illegal immigration is driving up unemployment."

Riiiiiiiight.

We've gone from MUCH BETTER THAN FULL EMPLOYMENT, to BETTER THAN FULL EMPLOYMENT. Currently it's 4.2%

Oh, the horrors!

A revised estimate is not a "lie". It was an estimate.

The actual report is out for Aug:

August 2024 Jobs Report: 142,000 jobs added, an acceleration from July

Key takeaways ...

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported that the U.S. economy added 142,000 jobs in August 2024, 28,000 more than in July. That said, job growth over the prior two months was revised down by 89,000 jobs. Private payrolls increased by 118,000.

The unemployment rate fell a tenth of a percent to 4.2%, driven by a reversal of the temporary layoffs that were present in the July jobs report.

The August employment report reinforces the view that the U.S. labor market is slowing but not breaking. It also appears that the "hard landing" sell-off following the July jobs report was perhaps an overreaction.

Thank you for the opportunity to teach you about the Bureau of Labor Statistics job reports.

You are such amazingly stupid little fccks, you MAGAts.

"To start with, it appears some of the nation's good economic times have not been as good as we thought they were.

New revised numbers this week from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showed job-creation estimates had been off by about 20 percent. The data showed that about 2 million jobs were created between April 2018 and March 2019. That is 500,000 fewer jobs than the estimates had originally shown.

The numbers for Gross Domestic Product were also revised down earlier this year."

Check the dates.
Who was President then?

ROUTINE. As Donnerboy said.

You don't even know the BLS has two job reports, household and established. You know nothing about the BLS

That said, there are Lies, damned lies, and statistics.

I wouldn't use the estimate numbers for anything of the established survey like you and LyinYav do.

But if we watch the household survey it's much more consistent in the trends than the established.

"Employment" in the household survey is a count of employed persons, while the establishment survey estimates the number of nonfarm jobs in the U.S. economy.

You're welcome in this education, and it's free. Too bad I don't post much your education is going to take sometime I see.
