The best explanation of this was that he is prone to raging out of control when things don't go his way and the only way to get the toddler to calm the ---- down is play music to ease his drug fueled rage. It happened on the apprentice and it happened during his first term. Reportedly they had to play "memories" from Cats to soothe his raging.
