Personally if a military person was there on Jan 6th, Dishonorable or other than Honorable discharge from the military depending on their involvement. If they were there but milled about outside, didn't attack anyone, other than Honorable discharge. If they built gallows, went inside, attacked police, vandalized the building, etc. Dishonorable discharge for being a traitor.

The same thing should have been done to violent protesters on.Jan 6 that needed done to the violent anarchists throughout the country in 2020.

Violence in protesting needs put down as do those doing it. They should have used bull horns and water cannon to order the streets cleared. Anyone who didnt peacefully leave such violent riots needed identified and incarcerated or more.

But they did nothing to stop or incarcerate the mobs that Kamala supported that actually killed and burned and robbed private property with billions in damages. Perpetators of mass violence, death and property damage all need warned and then put down if their violence persists. That needed done in Kamalas riots in Milwaukee etc too. We can not allow violence to take root. Why are water cannon not used?
