But Josh Abate couldn't say no if he wanted to pass the test. "It depends," he said
"It depends" = yes, I tried to overthrow the government.

I know how to deal with abject traitors and it is pretty simple and clean. Either a rope and a tree or a shovel a bullit and a desert. They can have their choice.

Merrick garland should be impeached for his dereliction of duty.
He took an oath to defend the constitution and then let the fascists who attacked it walk away scott free

Assign these knobs to embassy security detail in Togo or Upper Volta. Otherwise park them in the brig. They are cowards who violated their oaths to this country, the Corps and themselves...

Personally if a military person was there on Jan 6th, Dishonorable or other than Honorable discharge from the military depending on their involvement. If they were there but milled about outside, didn't attack anyone, other than Honorable discharge. If they built gallows, went inside, attacked police, vandalized the building, etc. Dishonorable discharge for being a traitor.

"We walked right in," he said. "We didn't see any signs that, you know, said do not enter' or no trespassing.'
And the military is supposed to believe that they did not witness the events that led to the capitol building being "open"?
Marine... please!

Kick these pieces of filth out and recruit only people who resprct the Constitution. We are really letting Corporal Bone Spurs undermine the command structure of our military? That's insanity! We depend on these people to respect and obey thw legal command authoruty in the event of an attack from our enemies.

The same thing should have been done to violent protesters on.Jan 6 that needed done to the violent anarchists throughout the country in 2020.
Violence in protesting needs put down as do those doing it. They should have used bull horns and water cannon to order the streets cleared. Anyone who didnt peacefully leave such violent riots needed identified and incarcerated or more.
But they did nothing to stop or incarcerate the mobs that Kamala supported that actually killed and burned and robbed private property with billions in damages. Perpetators of mass violence, death and property damage all need warned and then put down if their violence persists. That needed done in Kamalas riots in Milwaukee etc too. We can not allow violence to take root. Why are water cannon not used?

is the army short on bullets?
That's how you deal with anyone who went into the capital that day.

"Like, we should probably not talk about this," Abate remembered. He told us he took out his phone and started deleting all pictures and videos from the day.
Not the actions of a guilty criminal at all!
A Dishonorable Discharge for any insurrectionists. And they should feel lucky if they don't go to prison.

JFC hundreds have been tossed in prison even the ones who simply walked into the building after being waived in by th3 police and engaged in no violence and that isn't enough for you?
What else do you want? Ship them all to Siberia for hard labor?

Are you, or are you not, the Drudge Retort poster known as JeffJ, who was thrown off of the Retort and had to come crawling back as "Bellringer"?
Or, are you just a typical MAGA coward?
(JeffJ has me plonked. So, while he can't see my posts, I can see his. And everyone else can see this response... but he can't! Which means he won't respond, making him look like he really is JeffJ! - lather, rinse, repeat...)

"JFC hundreds have been tossed in prison" for committing crimes.
FTFY
You would think the others would learn by example.

We don't actually ship criminals to Russia. (Though it does sound like a "concept" of a GOP Plan) But a dishonorable discharge and being banned from public service for life is perfectly adequate.

Have you ever tried to overthrow the U.S. government?
This would be an insurrection right?
Has anyone ever been charged with insurrection?
Let's say you tried, would you admit it? Because the only way this could be proven a false statement is if the government charged you with insurrection.
Very odd questioning. But the government is the most inefficient system man has ever created.
Ship them all to Siberia for hard labor?
No silly, Florida.

AFTER they served time in prison for any crimes for which they were convicted. Of course.

"But the government is the most inefficient system man has ever created. "
What is your alternative to US government?
A totalitarian fascist dictatorship? Like Russia? Fascists are much more efficient! You would love it!
For about five seconds. Until you realized that you are just an Other and have no rights and no protections anymore if they decide to come after you next.

Speaking of the dumbest things ever said ... .
When someone is convicted of sedition and conspiracy regarding J6 what on earth do you imagine that they were convicted of conspiring to do?
