Trump Team: Scrap Car-crash Reporting Rule Opposed by Tesla

The Trump transition team wants the incoming administration to drop a car-crash reporting requirement opposed by Elon Musk's Tesla, according to a document seen by Reuters, a move that could cripple the government's ability to investigate and regulate the safety of vehicles with automated-driving systems.

That is the interesting aspect of co-President-elect Musk for me at this point.

I wonder how long it will take before Pres-elect Trump realizes how much of the spotlight co-President-elect Musk is stealing?

And once he does, what will he do?

It looks like the cracks may be staring to appear.

For example, while Mr Musk was in the Trump election victory photo, he was not in Pres-elect Trump's opening bell ceremony at the NYSE.

I continuously have to laugh at the total hypocrisy of the morons on the left. Musk has done more to combat climate change than anyone else in the world which to the left is the gold standard. After Biden dished him at a world EV conference and announced that Chevy (with it's failed volt) was the leader in EV technology, Musk saw the light and switched parties. Now the left claims he's Satan.
Oh, but it actually makes sense after they announced that the war mongers, Dick and Liz Cheney and John Bolton were the new faces of the Democratic party.
