A Minnesota state lawmaker who is accused of trying to buy sex from an underage girl resigned from the state senate on Thursday before his colleagues were set to vote to expel him.
GOP lawmaker Justin Eichorn (R-MN) has been arrested on felony charges for soliciting sex from a teenage girl.
He had previously spread claims that Democrats and LGBTQ people were trying to groom children.[image or embed]
