Status Quo Democrats Furious at DNC Co-Chair David Hogg

"A week after Democratic National Committee vice chair David Hogg unveiled a controversial plan to back primary challenges to longtime party incumbents, anger at the activist-turned-Democratic leader is only intensifying among party officials. These Democratic critics say their fury at Hogg has grown amid what they see as his ill-conceived and insufficient efforts to make amends for his planned primary campaign " a campaign that, they say, threatens the DNC's neutrality and its capacity to fight back against Dotard Trumpf." Young David Hogg represents a genuine threat to the well-entrenched and calcified Democrats who let the NRA, Wall Street, AIPAC, the military-industrial complex, and health insurance companies dictate congressional legislation for decades. The dinosaurs aren't going to go quietly. Tough. They gotta go. Every hint of the Clinton-era Democratic Leadership Council, Schumer, Pelosi, et al, gotta go.

#1: Yup. Another sign that we know young Master David Hogg is correct is by the exaggerated squawking of the brontosauruses. If the entrenched Democrats paid attention last year, on 5 Nov 2024 the Harris/Walz ticket may not have lost the 6,265,888 voters Biden/Harris had in 2020: assets.editorial.aetnd.com

"a campaign that, they say, threatens the DNC's neutrality and its capacity to fight back against Dotard Trump"

Why would a neutral DNC fight back against Trump?
This is kinda the whole problem with the Democrats.

As it stands, the Democrats are being handed 2026 on a gilded platter, assuming the Republic still stands. But I don't doubt their ability to message so poorly people just walk away in disgust and confusion.

2026 is another election for the Democrats to lose. Last year the DNC eased out a supposed brontosaurus in Joe Biden, but these octogenarians are holding on to power in a death grip that will take us all down again. Besides the oligarchs, the GOP, and the interest groups (e.g. the NRA, AIPAC), who benefits from David Hogg and the youth movement being marginalized while the DNC status quo remains firmly in place?
