If you watch and listen to the video she was obstructing traffic, they asked people to leave the intersection, many did.
You can even see a red car behind the "journalist" trying to turn left.
I must say I am impressed by the shot though, I will be obeying the police when I am in a situation like that.

Also, If this was a fascist act she wouldn't be alive.
