During the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black, a fan threw a beer that hit golfer Rory McIlroy's wife, Erica Stoll. The incident happened on Saturday, September 27, during a four-ball match.

McIlroy endured jeers and expletive-laden chants from the alcohol-fueled crowd all weekend as the most high-profile player on the European team.

Typical golf etiquette appeared to go out the window as McIlroy, 36, was showered with homophobic taunts as well as comments about his marital issues with his wife, Erica. The Northern Irish golfer initially filed for divorce in May 2024, but the two reconciled a month later.

Comedian and actor Heather McMahan, who was serving as the Ryder Cup master of ceremonies, stepped down after video was shown of her joining in a chant of "F--- you, Rory!" while speaking into a microphone on the course on Sept. 27.

We are over $100 million for Trump's golf outings now.

And we have close to $250 million for the Oval Office upgrades, new ballroom, and Rose Garden pave over.

We will be LUCKY to get away under $1 billion once Trump leaves office.

Oh damn, I forgot we have to retrofit Trump's Qatar jet will be $500 million to $1 billion in cost. And only used by him until he leaves office and then parked at his library...unless he wants to use it.

Oh, he'll use it ... as a tax deduction when he "donates" it to his Presidential Library. The deduction will be worth nine figures, yet another ripoff of America's taxpayers.

During his eight years in office, Barack Obama played 333 rounds of golf. This averages out to one round approximately every eight to nine days.

Yeah! 'Member when Obama told voters specifically that he wouldn't have time for golf?

That was the Ly'n King.
