Comey lied to Congress, it's not even debatable. That also explains the obstruction charge. There were three charges but the grand jury eliminated one of them.

The fact that he's never been arrested, tells me that he will likely never go to prison.

Maybe you will state, clearly, with supporting information the lie(s) that Comey told

He clearly lied when he said he didn't act as, or provide an anonymous source information to leak to the NYT. We know this because later he claimed that he did provide information to an anonymous source "because he felt the information needed to get out there"
